Jennifer Smith-Dudash - Director
Jennifer has been working in the area of deafness, Asperger’s, mental health, and vocational rehabilitation since 1992. She has provided services and support to consumers in both Dayton and Columbus. Her areas of expertise include career counseling, resume writing, work adjustment, job coaching, and Benefit Bank counseling. She enjoys working with employers on hiring qualified candidates and seeing success when people with disabilities find their career job.
Jennifer has completed the first track in Toastmasters Inc. and enjoys presenting Deaf Awareness, ADA trainings, and information on vocational rehabilitation techniques. In addition, she enjoys volunteering in the Deaf-Blind community providing assistance with communication at the local and national levels.
